Base

  • 255g plain wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/2 good teaspoons baking powder
  • Sea Salt to Taste
  • Water to Mix

Topping

  • 3 Tins Tomatoes
  • 1 Tin Mushrooms
  • 1 Pack Ham
  • 1 Tin Pineapples
  • 255g Cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Seasoning to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water gradually, kneading to make a dough.
  3. Continue kneading until dough is smooth and soft, then divide into two, and roll out into thin rounds.
  4. Pour a little oil into a heavy pan and heat until hot but not smoking, then turn down heat and cook pizza slowly for 2 minutes.
  5. Turn the pizza and cover with 1/2 the tomatoes, slices thin, and then half the cheese. Sprinkle with herbs and season well. Add the mushrooms, pineapple and ham to suit (cutting to small pieces). Continue cooking for a few minutes to brown the underside of the pizza and heat the topping.
  6. Put under the grill to melt the cheese. Meanwhile, cook the next pizza in the same way.
  7. Serve cut into slices.
  8. Clear away and wash up.
